How to fix frame time spikes in Red Dead Redemption 2 4K MOD with WD Black SN750 SE?

Intense combat in RDR2 4K MOD caused 45ms frame spikes. I tried disabling the camera, but it killed my stream. I used GamePP Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to Manual and enabled OBS hardware priority. RivaTuner confirmed 7-12ms frame times, and Task Manager showed 65-72% CPU usage, stabilizing the game.
