How to fix VRAM verification errors in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II on PCCooler RZ820?

I was frustrated by constant black screens with error code 0x000000117. I tried overclocking VRAM, but it doubled the crash frequency. I then used GamePP System Backup & Config Export to roll back to a stable driver. MemTest86 showed the error rate dropped from 15/min to 0/min. AIDA64 recorded VRAM temperature at 75℃.
