How to stop CPU heat decay in ELDEN RING on Vastarmor RX 9070 XT?

I complained about 120 to 80 FPS drops in ELDEN RING. Adding case fans increased noise without fixing the 90°C temps. I used GamePP Fan Curve to raise CPU fan speed from 60% to 80%. GamePP Sensor Page confirmed temps dropped to 82°C and frame times stabilized at 8-10ms, restoring full performance.
