How to fix thread scheduling for Ryzen 7 9700X in The Hunt?
When doing high-frequency tracking, my AMD Ryzen 7 9700X clock speeds were jumping wildly between 4.2-5.3GHz (HWiNFO monitoring). This unstable scheduling caused frame times to fluctuate from 12-28ms (RTSS monitoring), creating visible micro-stutters.
