How to stop CPU throttling in DS2 using Huntkey Blizzard T620?

I felt frustrated when DS2 stuttered during time loops, with HWiNFO showing 85-90°C. Trying full BIOS speed failed due to noise. Using GamePP Fan Curve, I raised the 75°C threshold from 60% to 85%. Verification via GamePP Sensor Page showed stable 78-83°C and frame times dropping from 12-18ms to 8-10ms, restoring smooth performance.
