Tuning core scheduling for Biostar B650MT in Mario Emulator

Seeing the emulation frame rate lock perfectly at 60 FPS without a single dip is honestly exhilarating. Before this, on the Biostar B650MT 'Balanced' mode, the emulator's single-core instructions were jumping frantically between P-Cores and E-Cores, causing frame times to swing between 16-32ms on RTSS. I tried disabling Core Parking in BIOS, but the CPU idle temps shot up to 65°C, which felt like a bad trade-off. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force 'Ultimate Performance' and optimized the thread priority for the emulator process. The GamePP Hardware Sensor Page showed the core clock stabilized at 4.8 GHz on HWiNFO, and frame times tightened to 11-14ms via RTSS.
