Intel Core i5 14600KF thread scheduling and FPS boost

Watching the FPS climb from 60 to 95 was an absolute rush. Before this, in Balanced mode, the i5 14600KF was dumping physics tasks onto the E-Cores, leaving P-Cores at 40% while E-Cores were pegged at 100%. That resource mismatch caused terrible micro-stutters. I first tried disabling E-Cores in the BIOS, but that was too extreme; multi-tasking tanked and the 1% lows were all over the place. I hesitated on that. Instead, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Ultimate Performance mode and tweaked the thread priority. On the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, P-Core clocks stayed rock steady at 5.2 GHz, and frame times tightened from 16-28ms down to 11-14ms.
