Why are textures blurry in Assassin's Creed Valhalla with Samsung 990 PRO 4TB?

I was annoyed by the smooth, blurry faces in 4K. I tried DLSS Balanced mode, but the blur got worse. I used GamePP DLSS Calibrator to increase sharpening to 72 and set render resolution to 100%. MSI Afterburner confirmed 56-62℃ GPU temperatures, and CrystalDiskMark verified 7450MB/s read speeds, restoring sharpness.
