Stabilize CPU Clock Speed
I was so excited to run the 4K MOD, but the immersion broke when the frame rate swung wildly between 30 and 60 FPS. I initially tried lowering in-game graphics to Medium, but the MOD details vanished, which was a compromise I refused to accept. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable High Performance mode and disabled Intel SpeedStep in BIOS. RTSS showed frame times converged from 28-48ms to 16-21ms, and AIDA64 showed core temps at 78-84℃.
