Why is Zenless Zone Zero loading so slow on my Sapphire GPU?

Stuck at 90% for a minute was frustrating. I updated drivers, but the game crashed. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set priority to Highest. I disabled background syncs. Load time dropped from >60s to 15s. Frame time stabilized at 16.6ms per MSI Afterburner. This solution fixes the issue permanently.
