How can I stop texture popping and screen tearing when entering new cities in Stellar Blade?

When entering the new city, distant textures loaded slowly with visible tearing, disrupting my flow. I tried increasing virtual memory first, but the effect was minimal and frustrating. I then accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration for the Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB, increasing the depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabling forced write cache. Drive temperature stayed at 42-45℃ via GamePP Hardware Sensor, and read/write speed stabilized at 7000-7200MB/s, confirmed by GamePP Stress Test.
