How to fix Mass Effect Legendary Edition texture pop-in on MAXSUN MS-Challenger B650M WIFI?

Crossing the nebula, textures were pixelated. I tried increasing page file, dropping FPS to 61. I used GamePP BIOS Wizard to set timings to 16-18-18-36. AIDA64 showed latency dropping from 102-115ns to 76-82ns, confirming the fix.
