Why does GTA 6 stutter due to overheating on Galax B760M?

Driving in Los Santos, my CPU spiked to 92℃, causing anxiety-inducing stutters. I tried maxing out the fan speed, but the noise was unbearable, making it a bad compromise. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to create a custom curve: low RPM below 70℃ and high RPM above 80℃. After re-plugging the connector, the system stabilized. AIDA64 stress tests showed the peak temperature dropped from 92℃ to 80℃. The GamePP monitor confirmed no more downclocking. The game is now smooth and quiet, which is exactly what I wanted.
