Fix Banishers FPS drop on Onda H610M+
I was annoyed by FPS drops in Banishers. I lowered shadows, but it looked bad. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to prioritize the game. RTSS showed frame time improved from 4-15ms to 3-4ms. The game ran smoothly. This set the perfect balance.
