How do I fix Granblue Fantasy: Relink lag on GALAX B760M Light D4?

I was frustrated by lag in Granblue. I uninstalled drivers, but it broke. I used GamePP Conflict Detector to disable camera sync. RivaTuner showed frame time improved from 8-12ms to 5-6ms. The system ran smoothly. I exported the settings.
