Fix Resident Evil Village Frame Drops
When crossing dense cloud layers in Resident Evil Village, the physical engine's particle calculation caused a scheduling bottleneck in the memory controller. After overclocking to 400MHz, thread scheduling became uneven, causing frame rates to drop from 120 to 55 FPS. I first tried adjusting the processor performance bias to Performance mode in Windows Power Plan. While response speed improved, the physical calculation delay remained unchanged. This superficial fix was very frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulator to change Load Line control from Auto to Manual, setting it to L3 mode. I also fine-tuned the memory voltage from 1.35V to 1.40V.
