Optimize CPU Thread Priority
Competitive scenes in MHW caused 10-18ms frame fluctuations on my Gainward RTX 2060 due to scheduling issues. I adjusted Windows power plans, which had no effect. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulation Wizard to set LL to L3 and adjust voltage from +0.02V to +0.01V. Cinebench R23 tests showed stable 78-82°C temps and a 5% multi-core score improvement.
