Fix T620 Thermal Throttling
During rapid time loops, my CPU hit 85-90°C per GamePP sensors, causing severe stutter. I tried forcing 100% fan speed in BIOS, but the noise was unbearable and performance barely changed. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise the 75°C threshold from 60% to 85% and enabled smart control. Verification via GamePP Hardware Sensor Page showed stable temps at 78-83°C and frame times dropping from 12-18ms to 8-10ms.
