Why does Mass Effect stutter during dialogue on Soyo H410M?

In the spaceship cockpit, minor stutters broke the immersion during story scenes. I tried rolling back to an old driver, but it caused black screens, which was a dead end. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to find the issue and installed driver 24.12.1. I also disabled auto-updates in the GamePP Resource Scheduler. RTSS monitoring showed frame intervals dropping from 15-30ms to 8-10ms. The in-game monitor confirmed stable performance. The dialogue scenes are now fluid, and I can finally enjoy the story without interruptions.
